Privacy Matters
Your customers simply visit your www.ScheduleMeOnline.com/Yourname and they will be able to see all your "public" calendars. Your privacy is important to us, and your customers expect the same - Calendars can be set to hold a variety of settings. When an appointment is booked,
you'll be notified via email to confirm or deny the appointment. The public simply sees "Reserved", You as the owner of the Calendar are able to see all the specifics pertaining to the scheduled appointment.
Other available settings
Public - the calendar is viewable by anyone who knows the location of the calendar, keep in mind just because it's public doesn't give the viewer the ability to book an appointment ( they must still be invited).
Private - the calendar is not searchable or listed on your default profile page, Only invited users can see this calendar and interact with it. When a new calendar is created you can choose the privacy setting to make it private.
Commercial - this type of calendar is ideal for events that are going to happen and not need an appointment to be booked, for example a business facility may have a calendar that lists events as they happen (A complex may use it to let the public know about upcoming events and attractions)
View Only - the calendar is not for taking appointments, it's view only and perfect for listing upcoming event dates and times. i.e. Your kids soccer team, group get togethers, city meetings etc...
